A dedicated group of teachers strive to contribute towards igniting the minds of young girls to pace with the current demands bracing the challenges. Few teachers are members of Board of Studies and Board of Examination of the Bangalore University and Bengaluru City University. They are honoured, recognised and appreciated for their contributions to the academic field as well as community service. The teachers use ICT in classroom teaching to meet the emerging needs of the academic field.
The institution’s distinctiveness lies in transforming its ordinary girl students into extraordinary trend setters. The students are supported through various scholarships sponsored by NGOs and philanthropists and part-time jobs for self-help. Teachers encourage peer leadership by creating various platforms where the students can exhibit their ideas and own leadership. Under the concept of Each One Teach One, the peer leaders either teach their fellow students or any school child of lower class studying in govt. schools. Other than academics, coaching for competitive exam, learning and teaching Braille script, teaching silk thread jewellery, dance, singing and cultivating vertical garden. The students also take leadership in organising programmes and bringing out V.V.N. News Bulletin.
