The motto of V.V.N. Degree College is “Sa Vidya Ya Vimuktaye” - Education leads to Empowerment. The institution aims at nurturing values and career skills bolstering psychological, social and emotional growth of its girl students. To achieve an impactful all-inclusive development of our students, the practice of PEER LEADERSHIP is introduced and several platforms are created to motivate and instil the qualities of self-confidence and self-skilling towards independent professionalism.

The flexibility of the peer leader role provides an even greater potential as a resource to the undergraduate learning environment. The following are sure testimonies of student transformation in this process, from an ordinary into a poised, empowered and transformed extraordinary individual.
